Black-boned Chicken Stewed With Deer Antler

/ 准杞鹿茸乌鸡汤




Ingredients / 材料:
  • 1/3 Black-boned chicken
  • 10 pcs Deer antler
  • 1 handful Chinese wolfberries
  • 8 pcs Chinese wild yam
  • 1 pc Astragalus root
  • 8 pcs Red dates
  • ½ strip Salvia
  • 3 pcs Ginger root
  • 2 tsp Rice wine
  • 2 cups Hot water
  • Salt
  • 1/3只 乌骨鸡
  • 10片 鹿茸
  • 1把 枸杞子
  • 8片 淮山
  • 1片 北芪
  • 8个 红枣
  • 1/2条 党参
  • 3片 姜
  • 2小勺 米酒
  • 2杯 开水
  • 适量 食盐
 

Method / 做法:
  1. Scald chicken in hot water briefly. Drain. Rinse all the herbs.
     
  2. Put chicken, and rest of ingredients in a double-boiler. Cover the lid and simmer over a low heat for about 6 hours. Add salt to taste and serve immediately.

  1. 将乌鸡用滚水烫过。枸杞子,淮山,党参,北芪和红枣洗净。
     
  2. 放入炖盅内,加入姜和料酒,倒入开水。放进炖锅隔水慢火炖约6小时。用适量的盐调味即可食用。
